Third, construction technology

The lap joint should be a brush functional weld, the effective welding width of a single weld should not be less than 10 mm, the welding should be tight, not welding coke welding through, the tensile strength of the double weld should not be less than the strength of the base material. The welding seam should be tested by aeration method. The aeration pressure should not be less than the design value, and the pressure drop should not be less than 10% after 10 minutes. Otherwise, the leaky welding seam should be fully repaired manually.
5 There should be more waterproof panels on each side for overlapping with waterproof panels on both sides.
6 After checking, lay a protective layer of C15 fine stone concrete with a thickness of 50 mm.
